Mr. Albert DeBono is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a degree in Business Management. With extensive C-suite experience including serving as CEO of Public Broadcasting Services Ltd (Malta). He has led major organizational transformations. During his tenure at PBS, he increased audience share to 60%, boosted commercial revenues by 50%. Building on this executive track record, he founded Business Diagnostics, an advisory services firm focused on helping enterprises improve performance and access strategic funding through investors, EU-supported business measures, and banking institutions.
Ms. Nusrat Shat, FCCA
Ms. Shah qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 2000. She brings over 20 years of global and C level board experience with 12 years recently spent building a thriving consultancy business supporting clients as both Executive as well as Non-Executive Director across a variety of sectors. A strategic and commercial expert with vast experience at board level, providing long-term stability and direction for businesses across a multitude of industries.
