These are the building blocks for business growth and we will be developing the technology to provide online and taking advantage of data science and artificial Intelligence to move from delivering a business plan to a continuously updated business growth road map.

Albert DeBono
Mr. Albert DeBono, is the Founder of Business Diagnostics. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a degree in Business Management from the University of Malta. Mr DeBono is also a founder of ALTA CONSULTA an advisory services company. With ALTA CONSULTA he has been responsible for building the advisory practice by assisting local enterprises in improving performance and through sourcing of finance from Investors, EU supported business measures and the banks.

Ms. Nusrat Shat, FCCA
Ms. Shah qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 2000. She brings over 20 years of global and C level board experience with 12 years recently spent building a thriving consultancy business supporting clients as both Executive as well as Non-Executive Director across a variety of sectors. A strategic and commercial expert with vast experience at board level, providing long-term stability and direction for businesses across a multitude of industries. She offers a breadth of experience in advising boards within start-ups, SMEs and large corporates and demonstrates an unrivalled capacity for transferring in-depth knowledge to a variety of business functions from operational, financial, HR, compliance, Mergers & Acquisitions and change management.
Holds a strong track record of turnaround and growth by pragmatically delivering practical, results-orientated solutions. A natural leader who employs a highly developed emotional intelligence and collaborative philosophy to build key relationships and act as a confidant when mentoring senior management through potentially challenging times
